Good food for the price

Absolutely the best place for a real sit down home cooked breakfast.

Terrible! Went for Sunday breakfast. There was one young man serving beverages that was EXCELLENT and should be given more responsibility! Other than that the whole experience was an exercise in frustration! The tables are too close together to sit comfortably back-to-back with other guests. Customers go into the food prep area to bus their own tables. Your order is taken based on whatever table the waitress wanders over to who NO regard to who arrived first, so it can easily take a half hour just to order and then we were greeted with a very terse "what do ya want". For an order of 2 omelets we waited well over an hour. Then another 15 minutes while she struggled to figure the bill for 2 omelets, 2 coffees & an order of hashbrowns. The coffee was just ok, the juice watered down, the omelets were good but certainly not good enough to out weigh the horrendous customer service!

Omg I went there for the first time today. It was awesome. Great food, great service and we were in and out in under an hour!

Staff is very friendly, the more you go the more they recognize you and you're like family (but, in a good way.) Prices are reasonable...coffee is good (they serve with milk)...love the home fries. I usually get an omelette or the 2 egg special. Not fond of the waffles, they taste frozen and dried out.Pancakes are good too.

This is a local favorite for a breakfast gathering. The staff is friendly and the food comes out quickly and has a home style feel.

Love this place. Great food, great atmosphere, and the cost. You'll be glad you stopped in on a Tuesday or a Saturday no matter when you can always get breakfast or lunch. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place to eat.

Very dissatisfied with the service today I went and sat down at a table got a cup of coffee and a menu waited a half hour for some one to take my order no one came so got up asked how much for the coffee gave them 2 bucks for the coffee and went straight to Denny's for breakfast in stead of staying there the waitress was only in charge of approximately 10 ten tables when I was there 4 of them were being used I found the experience to unexceptable

I love it here use to be mine and my mom and dad's spot before mom died few months ago now it's mine and my dad's very friendly very good very cheap highly recommend to everyone to eat here never had a problem once

Very nice restaurant with large accessible parking lot near Fort Stanwick. Food is very good and reasonable. Met family here for breakfast and service was very good. My brother and I who like healthy food and are weight conscious had oatmeal. The others endulged in the usual breakfast fare and we're pleased. Prices are reasonable.

They have the most amazing french toast ever!! And their home fries are out of this world!

Nice small town place with home style cooking. Fresh food and great service. Try to make a stop in every weekend. Sit by the bar and watch the cook make the food fresh in front of you. Prices are very good.

When the Beeches closed, I was invited to try the Iron Kettle. It's has really been a great experience. Love the staff. And the food is Devine. Can't wait to visit again.

Quaint little restaurant I enjoyed the atmosphere (kind of like eating in Grandma's kitchen). I was surprised at how good the food was. The Reuben sandwich and potato salad were very good.
